REFLECTION OF 2016
Last year, I set three goals:
【OUT OF CLASS】
1. I will see other teachers' classes at least 1 period a week
2. I will read books about Evaluation and Assessment at least three chapters every week
3. I will take university entrance examinations by myself at least once a month, and analyze it
去年、3つの目標を設定しました。
【授業外にて】
1. 週に1時間は他の先生の授業をみる
2. 評価や評定に関する本を最低3章毎週読む
3. 月に1度、1校分の大学入試を解き問題を分析する
Honestly speaking, I achieved only one of them.
正直、達成したのは1つのみ。
The reason is that I couldn't catch up with my daily jobs so I could not have time to do them.
理由は、そもそも仕事に手一杯で時間がなかったからです。
But this cannot be a truth.
ただ、これは真実ではないと思います。
I mean, I was busy, but it does NOT mean that I did not have time.
つまり、"忙しかったこと"は事実だとしても、"時間がなかった"とは別物だという事。
Time is elastic. There is time even though we are busy.
We can choose what to do anytime.
This is what I realized these days.
時間は弾力性があります。いくら忙しくても、時間はある。
いつでも、することは選べるんです。
これが、最近学んだ事。
This year, I am busy. That is a fact, but I always remember "there is time".
今年もきっと忙しいです。それが事実であったとしてもいつも心に留めておきたい。
「時間はある」ということ。
I again set these goals:

I will write down precise to-do in my personal organizer so that I won't forget these goals.
忘れないためにも、具体的にすることを手帳に書き込もう。
RE-START
Last year, I started this blog, but I failed to keep it. I had continued just for 2 months...
去年、ブログを始めましたが、全然続かず…2ヶ月間とかでした。
Just 16 times...the goal was 4 times a week last year, so it would be 208 times a year. The accomplished rate was just 7.7%...
16回のみ…目標は週4回やったので年間208回になるはずでしたが、達成度は7.7%のみ。
This year, I want to keep it for a year. I set the purposes and the goal again below.
今年は1年間続けます!目的と目標を下に記します。
Purpose:
To set a regular opportunity for output
To improve writing ability in English
目的:
定期的なアウトプットの機会を設けるため
英語作文能力の向上
Contents:
①Sharing something I learned and noticed about English
②Sharing something I learned and noticed about English Education, which would be, basically, the reflection of my own class
③Sharing something I learned and noticed about Education
④Exchanging opinions about news
⑤Sharing something I learned and noticed about raising child
⑥Sharing something I learned and noticed about communication
内容:
①英語の学びや仮説の共有
②英語教育の学びや気づきの共有(授業の反省)
③教育全般の学びや気づきの共有
④ニュースへの意見の交換
⑤子育ての学びや気づきの共有
⑥コミュニケーションの学びや気づきの共有
Goal:
4 times a month
目標:
週1回!
Plus, I set interim assessment in every 3 months to check how the process goes on.
3ヶ月に1度、中間評価もやります。
If it's possible, I want you to make a comment because I wanna learn things through various kinds of perspective.
