MISSION

Last time, I wrote about “LIFE-PURPOSE” here, http://kazu044.hatenablog.com/entry/2017/11/29/224905.

Today, I would like to share my current “MISSON”, which now I can say can be defined as almost same as one of my LIFE-PURPOSEs.

Recently, I have come to verbalize three problems of Japanese education system. Here’s the three.

① A Gap Between Theory and Practice: teachers tend to understate the results of educational science.

② A Paralysis of Teachers’ Teaching Skills: teachers are too busy to improve their teaching skills.

③ A Narrow-Mindedness of “Weltanschauung”: teachers do not often let the pupils connect with people out of school.

What I can do to solve these problems are clear for me.

I hope I can collaboratively work with my colleague to solve these problems, because none of us can do anything alone.

I think we can do it.

The most important thing is that we, teachers, have to implement the PDCA cycle more effectively and efficiently.

To implement the PDCA cycle means to change the world, and what I wrote here http://kazu044.hatenablog.com/entry/2017/05/28/114248 is essentially necessary not only for the students but for us, teachers, to solve these problems.

“Don’t lose faith”

is the powerful phrase by Steve Jobs in 2005.

I believe that the faith can change the world.
