GOALS (OUT OF CLASS)

I got The English Teachers' Magazine as a circular today.

今日、英語教育1月号が回覧で回ってきた。

The theme is about "preparations for the coming new term".

テーマは「これからの準備」。

This has inspires me, so I want to note what kind of goals I want to accomplish for the improvement of my class in 2016. 

刺激を受けたので、2016年、自分の授業力向上のために成し遂げたい目標を書き留めたい。

OUT OF CLASS

1. I will see other teachers' classes at least 1 period a week

2. I will read books about Evaluation and Assessment at least three chapters every week

3. I will take university entrance examinations by myself at least once a month, and analyze it

授業外にて

1. 週に1時間は他の先生の授業をみる

2. 評価や評定に関する本を最低3章毎週読む

3. 月に1度、1校分の大学入試を解き問題を分析する

As the result of them, I would like to improve my own perspective to see classes critically, to be a Evaluation & Assessment Master, and to get familiar with university entrance examinations

その結果、批判的に授業を見る知見を深め、評価評定マスターになり、大学受験に精通する

Don't forget to do first thing first.

やらねばならぬことはしっかりやるぞ。

and I will post what I considered and learned on this blog as an output.

そして考えた事や学んだことはこのブログにアウトプットとして載せようと思います。
